Highpointe welcomes your pets at our Carmel apartment community! We have no breed or size restrictions on dogs, but we have a 2-pet maximum with a non-refundable fee as well as a monthly charge for Residents with pets.

Yes. There is a charge of $4,500 in order to break the lease at any time, which can be lowered to $3,000 with a 60 day notice.
Yes, Highpointe and all other J.C. Hart communities require a credit check to be run during the application process.
Yes. An administrative fee of $250 per apartment is required that goes to the application, background screening, and processing charges related to renting a new apartment.
